Last week, fans watched as over 150 Bills players, coaches and front office staff members took part in the NFL's "My Cause My Cleats" initiative by customizing their cleats and sneakers. Representing a number of different charitable causes, the Bills proudly sported their uniquely designed footwear on game day against the Jets. To continue to raise awareness and proceeds for their respective causes, Bills such as Lorenzo Alexander, Charles Clay, Pat DiMarco, Ryan Groy, Stephen Hauschka, Jerry Hughes, Zay Jones, Deon Lacey, Jordan Mills, Trent Murphy and Kyle Williams, have decided to donate their cleats to the NFL Auction. Funds generated from the auction will benefit each player's cause.
In Week 14, many Bills players will take part in the NFL's "My Cause My Cleats" initiative. Each player customized a pair of cleats in honor of a cause they are passionate about, to wear during the game. Click through to see each unique design and discover the stories behind their cleats.

LB Lorenzo Alexander: ACES Foundation; **Bid Now**
Veteran linebacker Lorenzo Alexander has made a significant impact on the Western New York Community during his time with the Bills through his ACES Foundation. Created in 2008, the non-profit works to support youth through a variety of programs. For the third consecutive year, Alexander represented the organization on his cleats.
Tight end Charles Clay: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and Southern Tier; **Bid Now**
Big Brothers Big Sisters provides one-to-one youth mentoring services around the country and Bills tight end Charles Clay has supported the organization since he played college football at Tulsa. In addition to showcasing the Erie, Niagara and Southern Tier location on his cleats, Clay regularly donates Bills game tickets to the group through the Bills Player and Coach Community Season Ticket Donation Program.
Fullback Pat DiMarco: American Cancer Society (Buffalo/Western New York); **Bid Now**
Like so many, Bills fullback Pat DiMarco's family has been impacted by cancer. With his mother currently battling breast cancer, and two of his grandfather's passing away from the disease, it was important for DiMarco to represent the American Cancer Society on his cleats.
Center/guard Ryan Groy: Operation No Person Left Behind Outdoors; **Bid Now**
Offensive lineman Ryan Groy, Buffalo's 2018 Salute to Service award nominee, has an affinity for the military and takes an active role in giving back to those who served and continue to serve our country. Operation No Person Left Behind Outdoors provides wounded combat veterans with outdoor experiences such as fishing, hunting trips, boating, camping, financial aid and other support services.
Kicker Stephen Hauschka: Wings Flights of Hope; **Bid Now**
Kicker Stephen Hauschka chose to design his cleats in celebration of a local organization, Wings Flights of Hope. The non-profit provides those in need with free transportation to and from their assigned medical facilities.
Defensive end Jerry Hughes: Veterans One-stop Center of WNY; **Bid Now**
Similar to his teammate Ryan Groy, Bills defensive end Jerry Hughes wanted to pay tribute to the men and women who so bravely serve and protect our country through the My Cause My Cleats program. Hughes, who has family and friends that spent time in the United States Armed Forces, picked Veterans One-stop Center of WNY as the organization he would support. Veterans One-stop Center of WNY provides free services and resources to veterans and their families to help them during their transition from military to civilian life.
Wide receiver Zay Jones: Alzheimer's Association WNY Chapter; **Bid Now**
Bills second-year wide out Zay Jones picked the Alzheimer's Association WNY Chapter for his charitable cause. Jones, whose grandmother has Alzheimer's, is passionate about raising awareness for the disease.
Linebacker Deon Lacey: Black Belt Community Foundation (Alabama); **Bid Now**
Linebacker Deon Lacey, an Alabama native, represented a cause that is close to him during this year's My Cause My Cleats game – the Black Belt Community Foundation. Based in his home state, the organization seeks to put needed resources into the region.
Tackle Jordan Mills: The Jordan Mills Foundation; **Bid Now**
Bills tackle Jordan Mills' cleats were designed to show support for his own charity, The Jordan Mills Foundation. Created by Mills and his wife Talasha, the foundation focuses on educating youth.
Defensive end Trent Murphy: Venison Donation Coalition; **Bid Now**
Defensive end Trent Murphy, who spends time hunting when he isn't playing football, chose to represent the Venison Donation Coalition on his cleats. The organization distributes venison, that is donated by hunters and farmers, to regional food banks.
Defensive tackle Kyle Williams: The Barham Foundation; **Bid Now**
Bills 13-year veteran Kyle Williams took part in My Cause My Cleats for the first time this year and chose to honor the son of a close family friend in the process. The Barham Foundation was started by Henry and Mary Jackson Barham because their young son Charles was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor.
During the team's Week 14 game against the Jets, Bills players, coaches and front office staff members, celebrated the NFL's "My Cause My Cleats" initiative by wearing custom cleats and sneakers to showcase causes that they care about.
